What is Digicel Extra's?

Digicel Extras gives you value and experiences you can't get anywhere else. It's all about exclusive offers, rewards, discounts and deals Ð it's our way of saying thank you for being with us.

How do I qualify?

You qualify for Digicel Extra's by being an active Digicel subscriber, with a valid Digicel number.

How do I get my Digicel Extra?

Go to http://digicelextras.com/ and login in either using your Digicel ID or registering to create your Digicel ID.

What is Digicel ID?

Digicel ID is a user account that provides a single login access to Digicel-related applications and services. Sign up once, remember a single password and access your Digicel services such as Digicel Selfcare, Digicel Space, WebText, Bill Pay Now and now introducing Digicel Extras.

If you do not have a Digicel ID, see below the steps on how to sign up for Digicel ID.

Click on register as seen below.

You will be redirected to the Digicel ID page, click on Create account

Enter the information being requested as seen in the below, ensure that you select Cayman as the Country. Once all the information has been enter, click on Create Account

You will not be able to receive your Extra unless you have registered a valid email address

After the account has been created, the mobile number the Digicel ID was created with will receive a 4 digit PIN in a SMS. Enter the 4 digit PIN and select Verify

A prompt is then received to verify your email, this step is required to ensure that the email address provided is valid. Log into your email account to complete verification, please ensure you check the junk/ spam folder in the event the email was sent there.

The verification email will be sent from the following addressmyDigicel@digicelgroup.com, and it will look similar to the below. Click on the 'clicking here' link to complete the verification.

You will be redirected to the Digicel ID page, confirming the email verification has been successfully completed.

How do I login using my Digicel ID?

Go to http://digicelextras.com/

Enter the information requested, mobile number and password and login.

You will be redirected and ask permission to allow Digicel Extras to access your Digicel ID information.

If your Digicel ID was not created with a valid email address OR if you did not verify your email address upon signing up you will receive the following notification.

You will not be able to receive your Extra unless you have registered a valid email address

Once you've added the email address and verified it you will be able to successfully login. This verification process is a one-time step, please notice it states below that you are logged in and the option to logout is now available.

Getting my coupon

How do I get my extras coupon?

Well, first you have login with the details you registered on Digicel ID. Then head to the offer you want to redeem and click "get your extra". This will take you to the details page where you can get more information on the offer. Click, "get your extra" again and you will see a pop up to check your email.

This is what you have to print out or take to the merchant to redeem the offer.

Why do I have to login or register to get my extras coupon?

It's so we can verify that you are an active Digicel Customer. Digicel Extras is exclusive to Digicel customers and we want to makesure we are giving these great offers only to our customers.

Why have I received this error message?

This means you are not registered. To do this click the "register" button at the top of page and follow the instructions. For more information on how to do this, see the FAQ's here.

I haven't received my email with my coupon, what should I do?

You should receive your email after about 10 minutes. If you don't receive your extras email, please check your internet connection. If every is working fine, please call our customer care team on 100 from your Digicel mobile.

I saw an Extras offer yesterday, but I can no longer see it on the website, what has happened?

Each offer has a limited time frame and a specific number of coupons, if it's no longer showing, it means that the offer has expired, due to time or all the coupons have been redeemed. But remember to keep checking back to see if a new offer goes live.

Redeeming your extra with the merchant

How do I redeem my extras coupon?

Take your email, either printed or on your phone to the relevant merchant and present this it to the cashier. They will need to check it's valid and take note of the code in the email. It's as simple as that.

What happens if I turn up without my coupon?

Unfortunately this means you won't be able to get the offer, you have to be able to show the merchant the email and given them the code.

Do I have a limited timeframe to redeem my coupon?

Yes, each offer has a different validity period. Please see the details page of each offer for more information.
